60-minute clean. Filter, coil, drain line, refrigerant pressure check. From RM 80/unit (multi-unit visits) up to RM 120/unit (single callout).

Four steps. Same for every aircond job.
Diagnose
We open the unit, test refrigerant pressure, check the indoor and outdoor coils, verify the temperature differential. We tell you what's actually wrong, not what's most expensive to fix.
Quote
Fixed price in writing on WhatsApp before any parts go in.
Fix
Done in one visit where possible. If parts are needed, we either carry them or order same-day.
Warranty
30 days on labour, 1 year on installation workmanship, manufacturer warranty on parts.

Manufacturer recommendation: every 3 months for heavy use (daily 8+ hours), every 6 months for moderate use, annually as the absolute minimum. KL humidity accelerates coil fouling, so don't stretch beyond 6 months even on light use.
