Vehicle and charger information that makes the quote useful
The exact model matters more than the badge alone. Share the vehicle variant and year as well as the charger's make, model and rating label. A charger supplied with the car, bought from another installer or purchased online still needs to be checked against the vehicle and installation requirements.

What affects EV charger installation cost?
The final price depends on the charger, cable route, parking position, available supply and the work needed at the property. A longer or concealed route, outdoor mounting, work around shared areas, or changes to the distribution board can affect the scope. Supply-and-install also includes the selected hardware; installation-only starts with the unit you already have.
The quotation confirms the charger, installation scope, any additional electrical work and the applicable warranty responsibilities after assessment. Ask for those items to be listed separately so you can compare like-for-like proposals.
Condo, workplace and commercial charging
A single home's charger and a shared building's charging arrangement raise different questions. For condos, the parking allocation, management permission, cable route and electrical supply must be considered together. See the condo and strata installation guide.
For workplaces and commercial properties, tell us the expected number of users, parking bays and whether access is restricted or shared. Load management, access control, metering and billing requirements are assessed for the selected equipment and operating plan. Features are confirmed in the proposal; they are not assumed to be included with every charger.
