Start with the exact BYD and charger
Share your BYD model, variant and year, whether it is battery electric or plug-in hybrid, and the charging unit you already have or plan to buy. Model names alone do not establish the onboard AC limit or the installation requirements.
Fastlink Fix can install a customer-supplied unit, arrange a supply-and-install quotation, or assess an upgrade or relocation. If a dealer or another supplier provided the charger, send its label and installation documents. The quote separates the supplied hardware from the work at your property.
What your property changes
The parking position, cable route, available supply and other loads matter alongside the vehicle. A landed home, condo parking bay and shared workplace need different site information. For a condo, ask management for its written charger-installation requirements before arranging works in common areas.
