One connector is only the starting point
A matching connector does not answer every installation question. The exact vehicle, onboard AC charging limit, charger specification and property's supply all matter. For imported or used vehicles and chargers, send the model/year and product label rather than assuming the local-market version is identical.

Four checks before choosing the installation
Your vehicle: model, variant, year, charging inlet and onboard AC capability. A similar badge or body style does not establish identical charging specifications.
Your charger: exact make/model, rating label, installation documents, product condition and included components. A supplied charger still needs to match the intended vehicle and site.
Your property supply: the existing supply, distribution board and other loads. The assessment establishes what work is needed; it does not assume every property needs the same upgrade.
Your parking position: cable route, mounting position, weather exposure and any common areas or management permissions. The quote should describe the actual site.

Third-party chargers and supplier-owned hardware
Customers may already have a unit from a dealer, an independent supplier or an earlier installation. Tell us its manufacturer and exact product name. Examples to identify in an enquiry include ABB Terra, Hager, Teltonika TeltoCharge, Obsidian, EVC/EVC Lite, Zhida, Schneider Charge or Charge Pro, Wallbox, Tesla Wall Connector and BMW Wallbox.
These names are examples for identification, not a stock list or a statement of manufacturer authorisation. For supply-and-install, the quotation confirms the selected product, availability, supported features and warranty responsibility. For a unit bought elsewhere, send the rating-label photo and installation manual so the assessment concerns the actual hardware.
Charging rate, phase and future needs
A charger's maximum output and the car's maximum AC input are separate figures. A more powerful unit does not overcome the vehicle's onboard limit. The property's available supply and other loads also affect the installation design. A DC fast-charging headline cannot be used as a home AC charging promise.
Tell us if the plan includes a second EV, a relocation, shared parking or future expansion. Load management, access control and metering depend on the equipment and site; they are specified where appropriate rather than assumed to be standard features of every installation.
