Your e.MAS model and supplied charger
For an e.MAS installation, send the exact model, variant and year, and confirm whether the vehicle is battery electric or a plug-in hybrid. If the dealer has supplied a charger, include its make/model, rating label and the installation information provided with it.
A charger promotion does not establish the installation package at your property. Fastlink Fix can assess installation of your supplied unit, quote for supply and installation, or review an upgrade. The quote confirms the work and any additional requirements for the actual site.

Charging speed and the home supply
The vehicle's onboard AC limit, selected charger and available supply together determine the charging arrangement. Do not choose an installation solely from a charger's advertised maximum output or a vehicle's DC fast-charging figure. Tell us how far you normally drive and when the car is parked so the assessment reflects your daily charging needs.
