Honest pricing, published
The default in KL home services is to advertise "from RM 40" and quote something different on arrival. We don't operate that way. Our Aircond Pricing and Plumbing Pricing pages show actual price ranges with what drives the high vs low end. If we quote you on WhatsApp from a photo, that number holds when we arrive — unless we find something materially different on site, in which case we re-quote before starting.
Licensed where required
Plumbing work touching SYABAS infrastructure, strata mains, or affecting the building's water supply requires a licensed plumber. Electrical work above certain thresholds requires a chargeman. We carry both. Most "handyman plumbers" advertising on social media don't. Ask us for the licence number; we'll send it before the technician arrives.
Proper equipment
A plumber with only a manual auger can clear hair clogs but not grease-heavy sewer lines. A leak detector working off intuition will guess; a thermal imager will find the leak. An AC technician without a refrigerant recovery unit will vent R22 to atmosphere, which is illegal under the Montreal Protocol and Malaysia's commitments. We invested in proper tools because that's how the job actually gets done correctly.
Same technician where possible
AMC clients get a dedicated technician. Callout clients get whoever's nearest, but we maintain notes so your second visit isn't a re-explanation of the property. Continuity matters in this work — the technician who serviced your AC last quarter knows whether the drain pump was new or original.
Warranty that actually applies
1-year workmanship warranty on installations (we replace failed parts at no labour cost). 30-day warranty on repairs. AMC clients get an additional free re-visit if a serviced issue recurs within 30 days. These are written into your invoice, not hidden in fine print.
Single accountable contractor
We're not an aggregator. When you book Fastlink Fix, you get Fastlink Fix technicians — on payroll, not subcontracted. That means one point of contact, one accountability chain, one set of standards. If something goes wrong, you don't get bounced between a platform and a sub.
AMC structure, not just ad-hoc
We operate a real AMC model with three Residential tiers and bespoke Commercial pricing. If you spend more than RM 1,200/yr on home services, the AMC saves money and removes the maintenance question from your life entirely.
