Identify the vehicle and the supplied unit
Chery, Omoda and iCAUR model names should not be treated as one charging specification. Send the exact vehicle model, variant and year, plus the make/model and rating label of any charger supplied with it. For an Omoda or iCAUR enquiry, use the model name shown in the vehicle documents so the quote is based on the right vehicle.

What to check in a dealer installation package
A supplied charger and a site installation are different parts of the purchase. Check what your written package includes, who supplies the hardware, who performs the installation, and how additional work is priced.
