Annual scope per chiller
- Condenser tube brush cleaning (water-cooled) or coil chemical clean (air-cooled)
- Evaporator inspection, eddy current testing on a sample of tubes if scope justifies

What to include in a chiller maintenance brief
Send the chiller make, model, capacity and number of units, along with the plant location. State whether the request is for planned maintenance or a current fault. Recent service logs, alarm records and the building’s permitted shutdown and access windows help describe the work being requested.
