Compressor service
Visual inspection, oil check, current draw, suction/discharge pressures, valve test. Replacement quoted on-site for failures.
Refrigerant balance
Gauge check, top-up if needed, leak test using electronic detector + UV dye. R404A, R290 hydrocarbon, R134a all handled.
Evaporator + condenser
Coil cleaning, fin straightening, fan motor check, defrost heater continuity test, drain pan and line flush.
Electrical controls
Contactor pitting, capacitor test, temperature controller calibration, three-phase imbalance check.
Door seals & hinges
Magnetic gasket integrity, mullion heater function, hinge alignment, latch mechanism, threshold seal.
